Vice Dean: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert GÜRKAN
1. To perform the duties assigned by the Higher Education Law No. 2547
2. To carry out the studies that will ensure the fulfillment of the duties assigned to the Faculty Board by laws and regulations,
3. To follow up on academic demands, applications and evaluations
4. To follow the process of examining and finalizing the petitions of the academic staff and submitting them to the Dean
5. To determine the needs related to study rooms and classrooms, to review the preparations and to evaluate the studies.
6. To carry out the work and procedures related to lesson plans, classroom distribution and exam schedules.
7. To follow the preparation and implementation of the faculty budget
8. To ensure the coordination of the course assignments organized by the Departments on a semester basis and to submit them for discussion in the Faculty Administrative Board
9. On behalf of our faculty, in accordance with Article 35, to follow the procedures related to the lecturers studying at home and abroad
10. Structuring of laboratories, planning and follow-up of machinery and equipment purchases, following up the work and procedures related to occupational health and safety in laboratories
11. To create a database of annual scientific publications, research projects and scientific activities at the level of departments
12. To carry out other works and procedures to be assigned by the Dean's Office

1. To perform the duties assigned by the Higher Education Law No. 2547
2. To follow up and control Corporate Quality Assurance and Accreditation studies and strategic planning and development studies
3. To carry out the studies related to the University Education Commission
4. To follow up the works and procedures related to registration, internship, exemption, student representation, honor student and students' petitions related to education and training related to students
5. To follow up the horizontal transfer and vertical transfer procedures of the students.
6. To develop and coordinate the double major and minor programs of the departments
7. Planning, organizing and following up the applications of the orientation meetings of the students
8. Planning and coordinating activities such as conferences, panels, meetings, symposiums, seminars, meals, trips, technical trips to be organized by the faculty
9. To organize and follow up all works and transactions related to education and training before and after graduation
10. To ensure that the annual Activity Reports of the Faculty are prepared in coordination with the departments,
11. To create and update the Faculty Strategic Plan in coordination with the Departments and to follow up the Strategic Performance tables
12. To carry out the work and procedures related to the planning and follow-up of academic and administrative staff orientation and in-service training activities,
13. To chair the Scholarship Commission, the Transfer Commission and the Practical Training Commissions established in relation to students on behalf of the Dean
14. To follow up and control the Erasmus agreements, European Union Education Programs, Bologna Process, European Credit System (ECTS) and catalogue studies
15. Farabi Exchange Program Follow-up and control
16. To carry out the work and procedures for updating the web page of our faculty and following the news and announcements
17. To carry out other works and procedures to be assigned by the Dean's Office
