Our Quality Assurance Policy

Faculty of Science's Quality Assurance Policy is based on the Quality Assurance Policy Principles of our University.

• The Quality Assurance Policy of the Faculty of Science covers the organization and implementation of all scientific research and social contribution activities, especially education and training activities, and the quality assurance and accreditation processes of administrative services within the framework of planning, implementation, control and prevention principles.

• Our faculty bases all its strategic and operational efforts inside and outside the institution on quality education, research and service to society.

• A high quality understanding is tried to be established at every level of the faculty and it is aimed to make the quality assurance culture widespread and continuous.

• All units of the faculty see students as stakeholders and carry out their activities to meet their needs and satisfy their expectations.

• Our faculty operates to realize qualified teaching and learning, to contribute to scientific developments and to meet the needs of society. It carries out studies to carry out academic and technological activities that produce projects sensitive to the needs of the Southern Marmara region, especially Çanakkale and neighboring provinces, and adopt its development.

• It is based on the execution of education and R&D activities according to national / international requirements and priorities, the training and employment of qualified researchers, and the dissemination of internationalization awareness and practices.

• Our Quality Policy is documented in accordance with the standards of the Quality Management System and all our activities are reviewed periodically with self-evaluation processes.

• In the field of quality assurance in our faculty; It is aimed to increase the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders by ensuring their participation in decision-making and continuous improvement processes.

• In the following processes, the Quality Assurance Policy of our Faculty is to fulfill the requirements of quality standards and legislation and to undertake that the system will be continuously improved. In parallel with the strategic direction of our university, our faculty will be formed in line with the expectations of our internal and external stakeholders in the coming years as it is now, and the continuity of development and change will be ensured by improving our education and training processes.
